Yet another RP Seloc and I did.

Emperor Pelagius Septim IV sat atop his throne which hovered in his throne room. He looked not a day over 37, but he was really over 6000 years old. 6000 years ago Pelagius Septim IV and Seloc quested for the Crystal Goblet. Pelagius went to Volengard and Seloc went to Lord Valar's city in search of the city. Lord Volen controlled Volengard with an iron fist and Pelagius challenged him and almost failed, but in the end Pelagius slew him and gained the Crystal Goblet. He was crowned Lord of Volengard and renamed it Crystallia. Seloc soon came and they both drank from it, afterwards Seloc left and Pelagius stayed and ruled as Lord of Crystallia.
Pelagius soon turned Crystallia into a thriving Empire, and was crowned Emperor of the Crystallic Empire. Seloc meanwhile recruited soldiers, and took their souls in order to make them serve him until the day Seloc died.
400 years after the finding of the Crystal Goblet Dark Lord Seloc attacked the Crystallic Empire and started a war that lasted a hundred years, Dark Lord Seloc soon attacked the Crystallic Empire in a massive airship and almost won were it not for the power of Pelagius Septim, he slew Dark Lord Seloc with the blade, Deathbringer, and Seloc's soldiers joined the Crystallic Empire, Good had triumphed over Evil...or so it seemed.
Pelagius looked around his throne room, which was enormous. The entire world belonged to the Crystallic Empire, yet a feeling spread over Pelagius's stomach, he wondered what was wrong and decided to ignore it.
One hundred miles away from the Crystal Palace...
A man walked into a bathroom on a floor three miles above the ground. He answered natures call in a small urinal and walked over to the sink when he heard a large explosion, he turned around to see a man in dark robes in the center of five collapsed bathroom stalls. The man ran but fire came up his back and he fell to the ground, dead. Seloc walked over to him and examined his corpse.
"Odd...where am I?", he asked himself as he walked over to a metal door. The door could not be pushed open so he aimed his hand at it and it suddenly flew from the doorframe. Seloc walked out to see several startled office workers looking at him. Seloc raised his hand and lightning arced from his hands and killed the office workers. Seloc proceeded to kill everybody he saw, he then looked out the window. He saw that he was a gigantic distance above the ground when he heard a shout.
"FREEZE! DON'T MOVE!", yelled a voice behind him. Thirteen security guards stood behind him, pointing rifles at him, metal rifles. |

"Interesting it seems....most probable that" BANG the metal shots piece Seloc flesh like burns stinging and searing but thats all they did, Seloc stood for awhile racked in pain. Blackness followed.
A low groan from a darkened room, "Thats it must be... Septim" whispering the word as though it were a taboo.
:What now?
:Kill Him!
:must we go through this again?
:Why do you accept defeat so readily?
Once again it was settled, first he had to escape from this place, easy. |

Pelagius Septim IV suddenly looked up at his guard.
"I have business to take care of", said Pelagius as he disappeared, he reappeared at the office building to see many fried and charred corpses and the insignia of Dark Lord Seloc on the wall.
"He has returned", said Pelagius as he walked towards a dieing office employee. Pelagius moved his hands over the man's body and suddenly he was healed. Pelagius helped him up.
"Emperor Pelagius? H-he was horrible, a man in dark robes, he came and...shot fire from his palms", said the man.
"You are lucky to have survived, take my hand", said Pelagius as he reached his hand out, the man grasped it and suddenly they were back in the palace throne room.
"You are safe now, I want you to stay here, he might return for you", said Pelagius, "He never likes to leave jobs incomplete."
"Y-yes, Emperor, I will stay", said the man as he walked off. Pelagius disappeared and reappeared at the door of a room in the palace. Pelagius knocked once and the door opened.
"Emperor! Why do you give me such pleasure?", asked the man.
"General Xarxes, Dark Lord Seloc has returned, I want you to notify the men", said Pelagius.
"Yes Emperor", said Xarxes.
"You are dismissed", said Pelagius as he disappeared, he reappeared in his treasure room and grabbed a blue crystal sword, he buckled it to his belt and disappeared again, reappearing in the meditation chamber. He kneeled down and started meditating, trying to find Seloc... |

Srapnal whizzed through the air like a tiny daggers to impail anyone they touched, Flames engulfed what was left of the bottom part of the building like a huge pyre to some forbidden god, a car alarm went off. Seloc joined the crowds with his new clothing donated by one of the dead, and melted away.
Some time later in a subway a tall well built man approched Seloc, and smart uniform surgested he had authority, the weopons at his side showed this to. A crude club and one of the things used to hit him eariler. "Do you have a lience for that weapon?" Seloc looked down at his sword, "This one?"
"Do you have others?" the policeman asked,
"Well not on me..."
The policeman starts to man handle Seloc to the floor. A flash of white and the policeman stopped and fell, his body echoed around the stuned station. Seloc took his firearm and made for a train. No one else tried to stop him. |

| Pelagius felt his stomach drop, he saw a man in dark robes murdering a police officer, Pelagius arose and teleported to the entrance to a train station where a security guard was dead on the ground with his weapon missing. Pelagius knew the body was fresh so he ran down the stairs and saw a dark robed man getting on a train, the train zoomed away too fast for Pelagius to teleport onto it. Pelagius walked back to the officer's body and grabbed it, he disappeared and reappeared at a morgue. He gave the body to them and teleported to his palace's meditation chamber where he continued his hunt for Seloc. |

Seloc sat at a table with a group of high school students, without respect they talked to him contiunesly. Seloc never replyed. A screaching was heard, the train was braking hard. People everywhere were being flung forward. Out of the window the carrage in front took off from the tracks, inevilably dragging the previous carrage with it. Seloc felt a strange sensation as gravity was dragging him off his seat, the carrage was upside down, the windows smashed. The glass pieced two of the students faces and the third one screaming.
"uff" Seloc hit the roof shortly follow by the other passengers. Dispite all this Seloc remained undamaged. The crash and fall had made it appartent the student along with many other passengers would die. Seloc felt warm, partially because the roof was curved and the blood gathered about his postion like a bath, and partially because he was not alone. The train wasn't his fault.
Seloc acted as one would expect someone to act in this situation, and he join the survivors in a large cluster between the remains of carrage 7 and 8. If Septim was still the same man he was all that time ago he'd no doubtable be here, but here wasn't the place for the immortals to meant, no but he would leave his trail....
Seloc smiled to himself at how easy it had been to exstract the survivors souls, and without another thought he left. |

Pelagius saw a train crashing, people bathed in blood, screams louder than those of a banshee. Pelagius got up and disappeared, he reappeared at the train station and looked around. He saw many people. A security guard ran up to him.
"Emperor? What are you doing here?", he asked.
"Close down all exits, Seloc is here", said Pelagius.
"Did he cause this?", asked the security guard.
"I...I don't think so, but I know he is here", said Pelagius.
The security guard pulled out a small cylinder and spoke into it.
"Close down all exits...Seloc is here!", yelled the guard.
Pelagius stormed off to try and find him. |

Seloc walked the subway until he came upon a heavy iron door opening it he found a small damp tunnel with a thin beam for lighting.
His footsteps left a shiny print of blood after every pace, Seloc left his soulless soilders to guard them.
"For now I'll contiune to walk, he must be in control when he meat Septim." Seloc murmered to no one in particular.
A black streak flared across Seloc's vision. A cat a deep black cat missing a bit of fur upon it's left ear. It stared knowingly a Seloc before it strode away and being laping up a stained footstep. Seloc left the creature and contiuned... |

Pelagius was approached by a guard a few hours later.
"The whole station has been searched, but we find no trace of Seloc except a set of bloody footprints leading to a dead end", said the man.
"Fine, take me to the dead end", said Pelagius.
The guard led him to a spot where a set of bloody foot prints ended. Pelagius touched the wall and it shone bright white and disappeared to reveal a cave leading out into the world.
"Dang, he used his dark powers, I will get him eventually", said Pelagius as he turned to the guard.
"Sir, do you want us to stop searching?", said the guard.
"Yes, go ahead, I need to go", and with that Pelagius disappeared, he reappeared in his meditation chamber where he sat and awaited more visions. |

Seloc arrived upon the serface in the back of a clothing shop. Seloc laugh at his luck as he needed new cloths because of the blood, he quickly found a new look and put it on burning his old robes and building to the ground as he left.
Septim's castle was like an eyesour on the city, regining down on it from above. Thats where Septim would be in the middle of all this loss, these pityful creatures.
Seloc made his way to the castle memorising the route he took as he walked. |

Pelagius suddenly saw a building burning in a vision, Pelagius got up...and sat back down.
"I won't catch him...he will have to seek me, I know he will", said Pelagius as he walked out and into the treasure room, he grabbed the Crystal Goblet and brought it to his throne room, where he sat upon the crystal throne. Pelagius then called his Generals to him, General Xarxes, General Willius, General Talius, General Bellaxar, and General Faltor.
"Generals, as you all know Dark Lord Seloc has returned, he has destroyed an office building and a clothes shop and killed many people, there is no way your men can defeat him as he is immortal, so order your men to run if they see him, he will eventually seek me out, and when he does...I will be ready", said Pelagius. |

Seloc strode leisurely toward the castle, as it gleamed in the sunlight. The street were desserted. Seloc soft footsteps echoed around the walls of the building. The sky was empty no birds could be seen, this distured Seloc as other than the cat in the subway he had seen no sign of animals.
The gates gradually grew nearer a slight glint of the polish gold knockers giving away the fact that they'll never been used. As Seloc stode infront of them they towered over him, there crystal status giving them extra hight. Seloc took a deep breath and blew the door down with a series of fireballs. |

Pelagius heard fireballs and turned to his Generals.
"RUN! Go now, and take the boy!", said Pelagius, the Generals ran away and Pelagius drew Deathbringer, he prepared himself for a battle that would be sung about for centuries. |

The gates parted and Seloc strode the grounds, it was all deserted. The odd man still fumbling around with something but didn't make any move to attack. The main area was made of harden stone just like at lord Val*beep*mpire, the stairs likewise. But the walls still managed to remain crystal.
The door was a monsterous afair being 5 time the hight of Seloc, engraved with runes and symbols. The most dominate being the sharply sharped letter "S", almost representing a snake. The door moved with barely a creak, nor did they require much force to open.
The hall was large, A throne at one end and a series of pillars, curtains, chandilers and other such elaborate afairs littering the room, and there in front of the throne was the most disgusting thing of all Septim... |

| "Ahhhhh, I knew you would come Seloc, now, I am guessing you want to kill me, but I would like a few questions answered first, as you might want from me...why did you become a Dark Lord? Why did you roam the lands, slaying and enslaving all in your path instead of helping people?", asked Pelagius. |

"Power my friend power, how is it that one goes about becoming immortal, acquiring such power, becoming what others could not. Do you not see my friend, the goblet grants us longevity but true immortality comes from power. And power no matter how much you look at it, reshape it, desire it cannot be shared!
How about you my friend, you rule these people on top of a hill in a fortress, do these people scare you so that you must hide away?" |

| "I do not hide away, I walked the towns, chattered with the people, and sometimes solved their problems, but then you came and my attention had to go towards finding you. And now...I suppose...we must end this. You could have been a hero, once upon a time...", and with that Pelagius drew Deathbringer and assumed a defensive stance. |

Seloc pulled out his gun, aimed and fired. Three shots at Septim. Each bullet leaving a trail of red. |

| Yet Pelagius did not feel the bullets, nor did they leave a mark. Pelagius sheathed his sword and drew two daggers, he threw them both and hit Seloc in the chest and head, but it had no effect. Pelagius pulled two more and stabbed them through Seloc, but still no effect. Pelagius pulled out Deathbringer and walked towards Seloc. |

| Seloc cast aside the gun, and in it's stead a giant whip, made off fire and red as blood. Seloc swung it in a carving arc at Septim as he approched. The swish of it movements carring throught the air like the screams of the dead, its vapor trail making it look like an oversized scimatar. |

Pelagius blocked the fire whip with Deathbringer and destroyed the whip, but the effort to do it caused Deathbringer to shatter along with the whip, Pelagius casted a stream of fire at Seloc and Seloc casted a stream of ice back. They fire pushed on the ice and the ice pushed back until both Seloc and Pelagius flew across the room, Pelagius landed in his throne and Seloc landed on the floor, Pelagius looked around to see the Crystal Goblet next to him and finally understood, he grabbed it and held it high in the air and threw it down on the ground, it shattered and Pelagius suddenly felt horrible he looked at his hands and saw that they were shriveling and dieing before his eyes, he looked to see that the same was happening to Seloc, the shattering of the Goblet ended their immortality, just as Pelagius had expected, Pelagius fell to the ground.
"For Crystallia", said Pelagius as he fell over...dead.
Pelagius's Empire divided into five different countries under Pelagius's generals, they constantly fought eachother, the only one who tried to make peace was Xarxes, but it resulted in more war. The War of the five Generals lasted over a thousand years, when a General would die, his son would take his place. The world was dominated by neither Evil or Good, but a mixture of the two, and so it seemed that neither had won in the end... |
